All sales are final. And we are not responsible for passengers who miss their departure or return ride. Unfortunately, we are only able to accommodate a select number of passengers, therefore a reservation is a reservation as for not to overbook. If for any reason you are unable to make it, there are no refunds, nor will we transfer existing tickets to another date. We are so sorry, but no exceptions! Refunds and transfers only applicable for trip cancellations made by the company. Please only reserve when for sure you can make it and note schedules shown are estimated and subject to traffic conditions. Please arrive at the pickup and departure locations (5) minutes before listed time so not to miss the shuttle.

Due to limited seating, ALL reservations must be made online and paid in full at time of reservation. Unfortunately we are unable to reserve your seats without upfront payment.
I am unable to print out my ticket?

No need to print out your ticket. The driver has a list of all passengers reserved. All the driver will ever ask is for your name.

What time will I be picked up?

If you purchased a "add: home/hotel ticket" supplier will contact you the night prior or early morning of event with your approximate pickup time.

Where do I park?

Actual picture/descriptions of each pickup location are listed on our website within the city of its location. To view, click the city nearest you on our homepage. If you haven't done so, SUBSCRIBE. Then when on its city page click available pickup locations to view image of where the shuttle will arrive at your pickup location in order to park nearby.

We May Need To Contact You

The driver may need to contact you regarding any delays or if there is a change of arrival time to your pickup location. Please be accessible via mobile phone. Due to reservations and traffic conditions, it is very much possible that the shuttle will arrive earlier or later then the pickup time stated and drivers will give you a call ahead of time to advise you of any changes. So, please have your phone turned on, or not have your volume off the day of trip. We would hate for you to miss it. And we are not responsible for those who miss there departure or return ride.
