I am unable to print out my ticket?
No need to print out your ticket. The driver has a list of all passengers reserved. All the driver will ever ask is for your name.
Where do I park?
Actual picture/descriptions of each pickup location are listed on our website within the city of its location. To view, click the city nearest you on our homepage. If you haven't done so, SUBSCRIBE. Then when on its city page click available pickup locations to view image of where the shuttle will arrive at your pickup location in order to park nearby.
We May Need To Contact You
The driver may need to contact you regarding any delays or if there is a change of arrival time to your pickup location. Please be accessible via mobile phone. Due to reservations and traffic conditions, it is very much possible that the shuttle will arrive earlier or later then the pickup time stated and drivers will give you a call ahead of time to advise you of any changes. So, please have your phone turned on, or not have your volume off the day of trip. We would hate for you to miss it. And we are not responsible for those who miss there departure or return ride.
