Unfortunately, we are only able to accommodate a select number of passengers, therefore a reservation is a reservation as for not to overbook. If for any reason you are unable to make it, there are no refunds, nor will we transfer existing tickets to another date. We are so sorry, but no exceptions! Refunds and transfers only applicable for trip cancellations made by the company. Please only reserve when for sure you can make it and note schedules shown are estimated and subject to traffic conditions. Please arrive at the pickup and departure locations (5) minutes before listed time so not to miss the shuttle.
